Today we delivered the third session of Povod‘s online training course, “Gender Mainstreaming in Intercultural Management”.

We developed this training course based on deliberative learning methods, experiential learning, and the pedagogy of critical learning.

We are so happy and grateful for our online community learning team and how we are going through gender analysis in depth throughout the intercultural project life management cycle.

Our online community learning members are advocates and CSO staff who work or aim to work more for intercultural dialogue and gender equity for equality in Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy, Germany, and Slovenia.

We are thankful to the Anna Lindh Foundation and its #ALFhands-on programme that enabled the realisation of the training course model in the EuroMed context.

This is already the second round of implementation. We have already delivered three sessions, and we have another three sessions to go for this second round.

This participatory training course is designed and delivered by intercultural trainer and researcher Samar Zughool.

We also have some great news: we submitted a new proposal to reduplicate this online training course in Arabic, and we got preselected, so you may expect an open call for participation in the third round in Arabic soon.
