We had a rich journey of self-directed learning, role-playing, group’s reflection, evaluation, and conceptualization of real life scenarios. We started with coaching tools for goal setting. In the second part, we continued our training with intercultural learning for conflict resolution. Cultures, values, and intercultural dialogue are essential topics in the scope of migration and sustainable development. The activities are developed and led by our intercultural Trainer Samar Zughool and our sociologist colleague Saša Serdinšek in line with the experiential learning cycle and its different learning styles.
