Highlights from our “Tales, Dolls & Tours” exhibition in Ptuj
Svitlana Kuz took us on a journey through her storytelling, weaving connections between culture, migration, and community, while bringing people and places together.
At the exhibition, she introduced us to four remarkable women who transcended borders, connecting cultures through their travels, writings, and advocacy: Alma Karlin, Benka Pulko, Lesya Ukrainka and Sofia Yablonska.
Svitlana is a passionate storyteller and intercultural companion in the MigranTour project, a dedicated volunteer, and a teacher at the Ukrainian Saturday school Rokavička. She is deeply inspired by women’s support circles and the power of shared experiences.
This event is a part of Inclusion in Actions program, which is a part of THE:PLACE program. It is jointly managed by ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy and Mekanda Adalet Derneği.
