From March 15 to 24, the training program WESEP (Women Entrepreneurs Shaping Economic Participation) took place in Luxembourg.

Our colleagues, Oljana Karpus and Kateryna Antonenkova, represented the organization Povod as participants.

The program was held within the framework of Erasmus+ and brought together women from 11 European countries.

It was organized by FSL Luxembourg in partnership with AGBU Armenia and AGBU Women Entrepreneurs (AGBUWE).
After returning, Oljana and Kateryna shared that the experience was incredibly intensive and valuable - both professionally and personally.
WESEP offered 10 full days of practical learning, exchange, and growth.

Participants:

  • worked on business simulations and financial decision-making
  • developed micro-business plans from scratch
  • explored AI tools in entrepreneurship
  • built leadership, communication, and management skills

Especially impactful were the modules on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution - creating a working environment based on trust and cooperation.

Equally valuable were:

  • a real-time business simulation
  • a hands-on session on how to use AI in business for analysis, marketing, and process improvement

One of the most inspiring moments was meeting local women entrepreneurs in Luxembourg.
For example, the owner of a small café shared how she started from her home kitchen and built a sustainable business within a year.
These stories - about courage, persistence, and community - will stay with us.

What we brought back:

  • Practical tools for trainings with youth
  • Ideas for new initiatives in our community
  • And most of all - confidence to lead and support others

We are already planning workshops and events to share this experience locally.

Because WESEP is not just a training - it’s a space for women to support each other and create long-term change.
Thank you Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg - FSL and all project partners for the powerful content and supportive space.
